When ownership makes sense

There is a crossover point. Below it, free placement wins because you carry no capital cost and no cash risk. Above it, the surcharge you are giving away over time exceeds what the machine would have cost you outright. Where that line falls depends on your volume, your surcharge rate and how you value the hassle of loading your own cash — which is why it is a conversation rather than a formula.

What you are buying

New Genmega Black Onyx and Hyosung Halo II units, plus refurbished inventory when budget matters more than warranty. We push people toward contactless-capable models even when a cheaper unit is available — tap acceptance is the single upgrade that most changes how a machine performs. Every machine we sell is EMV-compliant, has an encrypting PIN pad meeting current PCI requirements, and is ADA-compliant out of the box — height, reach range, tactile keypad, audio jack and voice guidance.

Installation and programming

A machine in a box earns nothing. We bolt it down, connect it, load the terminal ID, configure your surcharge, set your receipt header, connect it to a processor and run live test transactions before we leave. You get the master keys, the combination and the documentation.

Cash is now your job — mostly

The real trade-off with ownership is not money, it is logistics. You are responsible for the vault cash, which means floating your own money and making bank runs. If that is unappealing, we offer cash loading as a separate service, which lets you own the machine and keep the surcharge while we handle the money.

Support after the sale

We do not sell you a box and disappear. Parts, service calls, software updates, processor changes, compliance deadlines — call us. We would rather have a customer for ten years than a sale today.
