Event ATMs are a different animal from retail placement. Placement is about the next five years; an event is about the next nine hours. Our event fleet runs on wireless standalone units that need nothing but a flat spot and, ideally, power — battery-backed configurations are available for grass fields, beaches and paddocks where power is a fight.

Placement strategy matters more than machine count

The single most common event mistake is putting one ATM at the gate and calling it done. Money gets spent where money is easy to get. We map machines to the vendor rows, the beer gardens, the merch tents and the second-wave entrances, then reposition mid-event if the crowd moves. Four well-placed machines will out-earn eight badly placed ones and cut the lines that make guests give up.

Cash planning

We forecast vault cash from attendance, ticket price, vendor mix and whether the event is cash-preferred. Running dry at 8PM on a Saturday is the failure mode that costs everyone money, so we build in headroom and keep a reload capability on call for multi-day runs.

Short notice is fine

Providers bail. It happens more than the industry likes to admit, and we have picked up more than one event on 48 hours' notice when the original vendor disappeared. If you are in that position right now, call — do not email.

Revenue share for organizers

Depending on attendance and duration, event ATMs can be revenue-neutral or a genuine line item on your P&L. Larger recurring events typically negotiate a per-transaction share; smaller one-offs are usually structured as a flat placement. We will tell you honestly which one your event supports.
