Repairs, maintenance and taking over from your last provider

A dead ATM is a sign in your window that says your business is unreliable. We fix machines, maintain them, and take over locations whose provider stopped answering.

Common failures and what they actually cost

Card reader faults, cash jams, receipt printer errors, dead modems and communication timeouts make up the overwhelming majority of service calls. Individually they are small. Collectively they are expensive, because a customer who walks up to an out-of-order ATM twice stops walking up to it at all — and often stops walking into your store for cash-based purchases too.

Provider takeover

This is a bigger part of our business than you might expect. Somebody signed a location years ago, the surcharge share drifted below market, the phone number stopped working, the machine still cannot accept a tap, and it has been half-broken for a month. We review your existing agreement, tell you plainly whether you can leave and when, and handle the swap — usually with no gap in service.

Compliance work

Standards move. EMV liability shifted years ago and non-compliant machines eat the chargebacks. PCI PIN security requirements have retired older encrypting PIN pads. Windows-based ATMs running end-of-life operating systems are a genuine liability. We will audit what you have and tell you honestly whether it needs a part, an upgrade or a replacement.

Response times

We are reachable seven days a week from 6AM to 6PM, and after-hours texts get read. For machines on our monitoring, we often know about a fault before the location does, and a large share of issues get resolved remotely without anyone driving out.

Working on machines we did not install
