The problem with loading your own machine

Every owner-operator hits the same wall. The float ties up capital. The bank does not open when your ATM runs dry. Weekend and holiday demand spikes are exactly when you cannot get more cash. And opening a machine full of money in front of customers is a security exposure nobody enjoys.

Scheduled replenishment

We set a load schedule from your actual dispense history, not a guess, then adjust it seasonally. High-traffic locations near beaches, stadiums and event venues get heavier pre-weekend loads. Locations with the first-of-the-month pattern common to check-cashing-adjacent traffic get loaded accordingly.

Vault cash options

You can use our cash or your own. Using ours removes the float from your balance sheet entirely and shifts the shrink and transit risk to us. Using yours keeps a bit more margin in your pocket. We will lay out both structures with real numbers for your volume.

Balancing and reporting

Every load is counted, recorded and reconciled against dispense records. You get statements showing transaction counts, dispense totals, surcharge revenue and cassette balances. When something does not reconcile, we find it — discrepancies are almost always a documented cause, not a mystery.

Security

Loading is scheduled discreetly and varied deliberately. Predictability is the enemy in cash handling. We do not announce loads, we do not run the same route at the same hour every week, and we do not leave a machine open and unattended.
